PERSONAL INJURY

Most people involved in accidents resulting in injuries do not realize that they have a variety of legal options available to compensate them for the injuries sustained, including medical costs, pain and suffering, and lost wages. More importantly, people are unaware of the legal issues that may prevent them from protecting their interests. For example, law suits against individuals, organizations, corporations, et cetera, must be filed with a court within a certain period of time or the option of bringing suit is no longer available. If a claim is not filed in a timely manner, the end result is that you have a legal claim that you cannot legally pursue.

Personal injury suits arise from a variety of unfortunate incidents, including, but not limited to motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall accidents.

There is no fee for the initial consultation for Personal Injury claims. This firm will not charge a fee if we do not obtain a benefit on your behalf. However, clients must reimburse our office for costs incurred in the course of pursuing the clients’ claims. Costs include: (1) bills incurred in obtaining medical reports; (2) bills from doctors for writing letters or completing forms; (3) postage and copying costs; and (4) any other out of pocket expenses incurred to prepare clients’ claims.

If you have sustained injuries as the result of an incident and you would like to discuss your claim in detail, please contact our office and schedule a free initial consultation.
